Home Management Service (Home Watch)
At Jeff’s Homecare Services, we also specialize in year-round house management in Boca, Delray, Boynton, and other elite communities while you are away. We provide all the services to give you peace of mind when you are out of town. We have a full staff to take care of any problems that may arise, as well as prevent any problems from happening. We are already in your communities taking care of properties when you are home, so let us take care of it when you’re not.
House Care
The following is done during inspection:
If a security system is installed, make sure it is set and working
Check all windows and doors for signs of damage or leaks
Look for signs of water leaks on walls and ceilings
Check bathroom plumbing fixtures for any leaks
Make certain there are no leaks around the water heater
Flush toilets and run water in sinks if you left your water on. Not recommended
Look for any signs of leaks in the kitchen
Check the laundry room for leaks or other damage
Make sure the refrigerator and freezer are running properly (clean out the ice maker).
Check to make sure the air conditioning is functioning
Check thermostat setting (as requested)
Check that circuit breakers have not tripped. Reset if needed
Look for any signs of mold or mildew build-up
Look for any signs of insects or rodents
Check the garage door inside and out
Inspect the exterior of the property for any signs of damage or forced entry.
Inspect the trash can area for signs of animal damage
Bring in any newspapers or junk mail
Check that landscaping service is being done (as requested)
Check phones for dial tones and any messages
Spraying of weeds in the driveway, walkway, and back deck (spray not provided)

Handyman Services
Basic handyman service is provided at a discounted rate for House Watch clients
Vehicle Maintenance
Start and run the automobile. Be assured your car will start when you arrive.
Mail Order Care
(Office Address: 7034 Charleston Shores Blvd., Lake Worth, FL 33467) Mail orders can be sent to my address and later delivered to your home.
Delivery or Service Presence
We will be at your home while delivery is made or services are performed.
Concierge Service
Pre-order a grocery list and have it ready when you arrive.
Hurricane Prep
This includes removing furniture, loose yard items, shutting down pool pumps, shutting off gas, turning off appliances, and securing all pedestrian doors and garage doors.
Post-Hurricane
Return everything to its original state.
